  2. Inspection: Once we receive your request, we will invistigate the transaction along with the details submitted to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
  3. Approval and Processing: If the refund is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Account Status After Refund

After a refund is issued, your account will be flagged to monitor future purchases. This is to ensure the integrity of our refund policy and to prevent potential misuse. Flagging your account does not affect your ability to make future purchases or use our services, but repeated refund requests may be subject to review and could result in account lockout.

Account lockout would prohibit the use of Request Deck. Request Deck would block your attempts to, but not limited to; making song requests or making any purchases of any kind.
